Robbie Rowan

Robbie Rowan began his career as a teacher at the elementary and middle school levels. For five years, he worked as a teacher/coach at the middle school level and as a fourth grade and learning center teacher. He was promoted in his sixth year to an assistant principal, then to principal in Central Texas. After eleven years as an educator in Central Texas, his family moved to the North Texas area and he made a lateral move to administration in a different district.

After serving there for three years, he took a position as a regional educational consultant where he was employed for fourteen years working with campuses from around the North Texas region on a two-year cycle of developing and

implementing positive behavior supports at the schoolwide, classroom, and individual student levels. He is passionate about his family, education, and staff and student improvement with data-driven results.

Robbie has served others through Safe & Civil Schools for eight years.
