Randy Sprick, Ph.D.

Randy is a nationally renowned speaker and expert on behavioral issues. His seminars and materials have helped educators in hundreds of districts across the country. In 2007, Dr. Sprick was recognized by the Council for Exceptional Children with the CEC Lifetime Achievement Award. Kim Marcum, M.Ed.

Kim is currently a presenter and consultant working with school districts across the country, providing training and coaching for teachers and administrators working with high-risk students. She has served as an elementary principal for more than 15 years in the Central Kitsap School District and was awarded the Regional Distinguished Principal Award for Washington State. Kim is a longtime educator with an extensive background in special education, teaching at both the elementary and secondary levels. Known for her work in the areas of behavior management, inclusion, and study skills, she is the coauthor of Meaningful Work.

Elizabeth Winford, M.S.

Elizabeth began her career as a special education paraeducator and then as a teacher. For more than 10 years, she has worked in a variety of secondary instructional settings—behavioral adjustment, content mastery, curriculum-based special education for math and English, and inclusion in core secondary subjects. Early in her tenth year as a classroom teacher, she took a position as a regional educational consultant, where she has been employed for more than seven years. Elizabeth now works with campuses from around the north Texas region on a three-year cycle of developing and implementing positive behavior supports at the schoolwide, classroom, and individual student levels. She is passionate about school, staff, and student improvement with data-driven results.
