Professional Experience

Debbie Jackson began her career in education as a parapro, and later became a teacher, working with students of varying exceptionalities. Her experiences in these positions enrich all of her behavioral trainings. She is a strong believer in the positive principles of structure, clarity, and consistency in managing student behavior.

In addition to teaching, Debbie has worked for several large publishing companies training new consultants to be trainers and classroom coaches.

• ParaPro: Supporting the Instructional Process

In addition she has inserviced staff through "Train the Trainers" seminars in multiple districts nationwide. Dividing her time between trainings and classroom coaching, she is able to relate real life experience to all participants.

Education

Debbie holds degrees in both Special Education and Psychology.
