Prior to her work there, she served as an education leadership consultant for organizations such as the Center for Research on Learning at the University of Kansas and the Kentucky Department of Education. Using her expertise in professional development, she started her own educational support business and served as a coordinator and developer of a variety of educational and leadership programs.
